The world is strewn with bad information. This is mostly because people are using information and misinformation to gain attention and competitive advantage.
There is no such thing as the truth. There never really was… But now we live in the world of “my truth” which is of course a clever rebranding of ‘I believe my own bullshit.”
But tuning your business for the information area needs to have some accepted version of the truth.
Filtering for truth may also filter out accurate information that doesn’t look like the truth.
Need to detect accurate signal…from wherever it comes and ignore inaccurate wherever it comes from.
