What is your information stack? Is an explicit information stack or is it an accidental stack?
Does your organization have an explicit information stack or is it also accidental?
What about the unofficial information stack? This information that is gathered from informal sources. Rumors, innuendo, alliances, motivations, hidden agendas, etc.
All of these stacks exist and compete side by side with the information stacks of other organizations.
Some groups are able to carve out a compelling story from their stack and those are the ones that are able to do better as long as the story sticks together.
