“Teach the twisted speech to the young believers.”

But which believers and what do they believe?

We all have our twisted speech and jargon, and sometimes even we believe it.

This is a question that goes way beyond tech, but it certainly rings true in tech circles as well.

The problem is that jargon divides us. The language of tech varies by the industry and by the vendor, plus it changes over time. But jargon doesn’t clarify much and it really doesn’t solve anything.

Sometimes there is more meaning conveyed in the specialized vocabulary, but more often than not it just adds complexity that tends to make things more difficult.

Tailored IT systems are developed to help manage these specialized disciplines with custom software designed to automate business processes.
